The customer also has the right to object if his or her personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing data that outweigh the customer’s rights and privileges.

Request to limit the processing of personal data. This right allows the customer to ask to suspend the processing of personal data in the following scenarios: (a) if the customer wants us to determine the accuracy of the data; (b) when our use of the data is unlawful but the customer does not want us to delete his data; (c) when the customer needs us to store his data, even if it is no longer necessary because the customer needs it to determine, pursuing or defending legal claims; or (d) you have objected to our use of your data, but we must verify that we have overriding reasonable grounds to continue using it.

Requesting the transfer of personal data to the customer to a third party. We will provide the customer or a third party of the customer’s choice with the customer’s personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies to automated information to which the customer initially consented or where we have used this information to fulfill obligations arising from the contract concluded with the customer.

Withdrawal of consent at any time where we rely on consent to the processing of your personal data. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was carried out before the withdrawal of consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with certain products or services. We will inform the client about such a situation when withdrawing consent.
