Our returns policy

If you purchased an item on www.nomadicstateofmind.com.pl and wish to return it, you can do so within 30 days of receipt for a refund. This is in line with distance selling regulations.

Please note the following when making a return:

  • We cannot accept returns of Nomadic State of Mind products purchased by other retailers (retail and online stores). Returns should be sent to the seller and any problems should be solved directly with him.

Please note: We do not accept personal deliveries.

In all cases, returned items must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in inappropriate condition, we may refuse to accept it and return it to you.

I would like to receive a refund. What should I do?

It is very important that we know what the returned item refers to. Please remember to include your details and specify which product you would like to exchange for. Without this information, we will not be able to properly process your application. If you have lost the order return form, you can download it from our return form.

Please allow 7 business days to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 14 business days to ensure you receive what you want as soon as possible.

You will be notified by email when your return is received and processed.

Each refund will be automatically made to the card used for the original purchase. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable exchange, we will automatically refund your money and inform you by e-mail. We usually refund the amount paid for your order, but not the delivery cost, unless your order was canceled remotely or the entire order was defective or incorrect.

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Important Information

You will be responsible for all return costs unless the goods received are defective or inconsistent with your original order. Please keep proof of posting from the sender. Without this, we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

All returned goods must be sealed in their original boxes or packages and then packed securely. You are responsible for returning items and any damage caused during transportation to us may affect your ability to obtain a full refund.

Shoes and/or items with markings, scratches or dirt and clear signs of wear will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for items that have been returned to us by mistake.

Please note: Our online warehouse cannot accept any returns/damaged items purchased from one of our stores. All items purchased in the store must be returned to the store.
